1. Introduction

This website is operated by Tropic Accessories (ABN 83 621 942 881), 4 McLennan St, Ooralea QLD 4740 (referred to as "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to any purchase of products from us.

By using this website you also acknowledge that your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders & Stock Availability

Order processing: When you place an order, we will process it and let you know by email about any stock shortages, lead times or supplier delays.

Records: Please keep your order confirmation number for any future customer service queries.

3. Pricing & Payments

Currency & GST: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Price changes: We may change prices at any time before an order is accepted. Once an order is accepted, the price is fixed.

Payment methods: Retail orders must be prepaid by credit card, PayPal or another method offered at checkout. Orders are not processed until full payment has cleared.

Title of goods: Ownership of the goods stays with Tropic Accessories until full payment has been received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All shipping rates, delivery conditions, pickup and Authority to Leave (ATL) terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms in that policy.

5. Consumer Guarantees & Product Warranties

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

Manufacturer warranties vary depending on the product and brand purchased. Warranty periods, exclusions, supplier terms and return procedures are set out in our Return and Refund Policy and the manufacturer's own warranty terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The text, graphics, logos and photography created by Tropic Accessories on this website belong to Tropic Accessories. Product names, brands and images of third-party manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce or use this material commercially without our written permission.

7. Force Majeure

Tropic Accessories is not liable for any delay, loss or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions or industrial action.
